Information about the data we collect through the MovesFlow marketing website, why we process it and how you can contact us about your rights.
This page describes the current behavior of the MovesFlow marketing website. If analytics, pixels or new third-party services are added later, this page will be updated before activation. It also covers the optional Google Calendar connection of the Movesflow app.

Technical services and third parties
The website may use an SMTP service to deliver requests by email and Cloudflare Turnstile on the form if configured. Turnstile helps distinguish real users from bots and may process technical data required for anti-spam verification.

Retention
Form requests are retained for the time needed to manage the commercial conversation, prepare a proposal and satisfy administrative or security obligations. If you request deletion and no conflicting obligation exists, we will remove data that is no longer needed.

Google Calendar in the Movesflow app
Staff of a moving company that uses the Movesflow app can choose to connect their own Google Calendar. This is optional and only happens after they sign in with Google and approve access.
Access we request: permission to create one calendar named "Movesflow" in your Google account and to manage events only in that calendar, plus the email address of the connected Google account. Movesflow cannot read, change or delete your other calendars or events.
What we send to Google: the jobs, tasks, packing-material and parking-sign appointments you can see in Movesflow: title (order reference, customer name, type of work), date and time, work address, crew names, status and a link back to Movesflow. Prices, payment status, phone numbers, email addresses, notes and documents are never sent.
What we store: the connected Google email address, the ID of the Movesflow calendar, the IDs of the events we created and a Google access key (refresh token) encrypted with AES-256. We do not read any other data from your Google account.
How we use it: only to keep your Movesflow calendar in Google up to date. It is not used for advertising, not sold or transferred to third parties and not used to train AI models.
Disconnecting: you can disconnect at any time on the Calendar page or your profile in Movesflow, or remove access in your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). When you disconnect, we revoke the access at Google, delete the Movesflow calendar from your account and delete the stored data. The same happens when you leave the company in Movesflow.
Movesflow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@movesflow.it.
We use anonymous, first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. No personal data, no third parties.
